Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and BEGAMOB GLOBAL LIMITED ("we", "us") for the AI Cleaner app and this website. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app does

The app scans your device for duplicate and similar photos, large files, cache and other removable data, and offers tools to delete, compress, merge or move them. It also provides a PIN-protected private library. The app acts only on files you select and confirm.

Your responsibilities

• Review every selection before you confirm a deletion. The app shows what will be removed; once removed from the system's "Recently Deleted" folder, files cannot be recovered by us.
• Keep a backup of anything important (iCloud, Google Photos or a computer) before bulk cleaning.
• Remember your private library PIN. We do not store it and cannot reset it. Export items before deleting the app.
• Use the mail and contact cleaners only on accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

Free features and subscriptions

Scanning and the storage overview are free. Some features (for example unlimited cleaning, video compression, the mail cleaner and the private library) require a subscription. The current price and period are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• Trials. If a free trial is offered, the full price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancelling. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and Google and refunds follow their policies. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com or the Google Play order history. If you are stuck, write to support.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice before removing a paid feature from an active subscription period.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and content belong to us or our licensors. Your photos, videos, contacts and messages remain yours; we claim no rights over them.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee a specific amount of freed space, that every duplicate will be detected, or that compression will meet a particular quality. Results depend on your device and content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of files you chose to delete, arising from the use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BEGAMOB GLOBAL LIMITED is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country still apply.
